MRWED (RTO based in Caboolture)

Wanted to add more flexibility to the team by going Office-Less and allowing the team to work from home. They required a solution which would allow communication and collaboration between staff.

A combination of integrated cloud services were selected and delivered which replaced their 4 year old server.

Migration from onsite server to Cloud Hosted Remote Desktop platform to run all line of business applications. Coincided with a migration to Office365 for improved email features, capacity and security. All platforms are protected by DUO for 2 Factor Authentication while an onsite Draytek load balances the 2 NBN connections for VOIP, web and Remote Desktop Traffic for 100% uptime.

Rainbow Beach Surf Club

Installed a Mesh wireless system complete with isolated guest network and improved the Eftpos reliability by physically cabling them and connecting them to wireless for fail-over.

CTB Advisory

Migrated all data and applications from on-premise servers to cloud hosted servers, emails to Office365 and phone system to VOIP using dual NBN connections which failover for 100% up-time.

Smart Steps Accounting

Customer has since migrated to NBN and upgraded to a Watchguard UTM Firewall for additional protection and SD-WAN features.

This connectivity solution was implemented at both offices and bandwidth was controlled by a Watchguard UTM.

Customer has since converted back to Desktops but now utilises Xero Practice Management, Dropbox and Office365 while they have NBN and VOIP phones through a single carrier.
